|Description: ||From a rare series depicting scenes in the life of Sugawara Michizane, a poet and courtier who was later deified as Tenjin, a god of scholarship and calligraphy.
Michizane appears, accompanied by the gods of thunder and wind, to let loose a terrible storm on the capital. A monk is seen desperately praying to divert his wrath.
