Notes: Akashi Ridayu was a retainer of the Akechi family. Together with Shioren Sajima-no-kami Masataka he commanded the attack against Hideyoshi's troops, hurrying back from Western Japan to Kyoto. All his men were killed at the attack and Gidayu went back to Akechi Mitsuhide, made his report on the battle and took his own life.
